Zera Coffee Co is a dual miliary veteran-owned family mobile specialty coffee trailer based in East County San Diego and serving events throughout San Diego County. We offer mobile coffee catering and event vending with espresso drinks, single-origin coffee, matcha, chai, lemonade, iced tea, hot chocolate, and seasonal specialty beverages.
Our self-contained coffee trailer is available for corporate events, employee appreciation days, office gatherings, community festivals, markets, school events, church gatherings, military and veteran events, sports tournaments, fundraisers, business pop-ups, HOA events, and private outdoor celebrations. Based in El Cajon, Zera Coffee Co provides professional mobile coffee service for catered events and public vending opportunities across San Diego County.

What We Need From Organizers
What We Need From Organizers
To serve smoothly, we typically need:
A level, firm, and accessible space for our trailer
Adequate room for setup, service, and safe customer access
Placement that allows access to our service window on the passenger side
Clear arrival, parking, and load-in instructions
Permission to operate our generator if electrical power is not provided
The event date, service times, location, and estimated attendance
Any vendor fees, sales percentages, insurance requirements, or required paperwork shared in advance

Catering is a booked service where the organizer hires Zera Coffee Co to attend the event.
The organizer pays an agreed service rate, package price, or minimum booking amount. Beverage service may be fully hosted for guests, limited through drink tickets, or structured with a partial guest-pay option.
Catering is best for:
Corporate events and employee appreciation days
Office meetings, trainings, and company celebrations
Weddings and private events
School, church, military, and nonprofit gatherings
Grand openings and client appreciation events

Event Vending
Vending is an event opportunity where Zera Coffee Co attends as a participating vendor and sells directly to guests.
Vendor fees, commissions, application costs, attendance expectations, event hours, competing beverage vendors, and projected sales are reviewed before we commit. Submission of an invitation or application does not guarantee participation.

School and church festivals

Some events combine both options. An organizer may pay a booking fee, sponsor a set number of drinks, or guarantee a minimum amount while allowing guests to purchase additional beverages directly from the trailer.

Our veteran-owned coffee trailer brings a full mobile coffee experience to East County San Diego and surrounding areas, serving specialty pour overs, handcrafted espresso drinks, matcha, chai, teas, steamers, lemonade, and other seasonal drinks with a focus on thoughtful sourcing, intentional hospitality, and a calm, welcoming guest experience.
We carefully review event opportunities to make sure they are a good fit for our trailer, our menu, our team, and the community we are serving. Our goal is to partner with events where Zera can add real value, enhance the guest experience, and help bring people together.
